Today is the last day to participate in the #FoodPicStrike run by Great Nations Eat. All of us who blog about food are very fortunate and able to go out to nice restaurants, spend time experimenting with recipes, and share our passion for food with others. However, so many people around the world don’t have this luxury. Every country from the U.K. to Niger is filled with people wondering from where their next meal is coming. As far as the United States is concerned, 49 million Americans suffer from food insecurity, and this campaign is a way to raise money for them.
